Tea is meant to elevate your happiness and reduce stress. We aim to provide a great experience with our product every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. If that is ever the case, we're happy to take full responsibility of the situation and make it right to you :)

The best way to guarantee a seamless experience of shopping with us is to review our returns policy when you order.

Can I exchange or return my Steamies tea?

We handcraft all our products in small batches to ensure they are fresh and packed with goodness. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not offer returns/ exchanges except in certain situations:

  •  If you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.
  • If what you receive is different than what you ordered for.

Great! What's the process?

  • Write to us at hello@steamies.in to request a return within 10 days of receiving the product with your order number and the reason for return, attaching pictures if needed.
  • Send it back to us in perfect condition. The cost of courier is borne by you.
  • We will inspect the issue and generate for replacement of the product. The cost of shipping it back to you is borne by us.

Can I get a refund on my Steamies order?

Unfortunately, as company policy we do not offer refunds once the product is shipped.

What about cancellations?

You can cancel your order any time before shipping. In such case, we will generate a refund in the same mode within 10 working days.
